Gerrit Heske,
born on 3rd December 1964, was appointed President of Ball Packaging Europe in April 2009. Prior to this he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ball Packaging Europe from January 2008. In 2003, he became Vice President Manufacturing, responsible for the manufacturing division of Ball Packaging Europe. The native-born German has been associated with the company since 1993 and has assumed various executive functions since then, like that of head of Quality Assurance/Quality Management and of head of the Research, Development and Engineering division. |
Frank Weekers,
born on 27th January 1962, has been Chief Financial Officer at Ball Packaging Europe since February 2004. Effective 1999 he was Vice President Finance and Controlling at Schmalbach-Lubeca AG and following the takeover of the company by Ball Corporation he continued to be responsible for this division in the same function for Ball Packaging Europe. Starting in 1988, the native-born Dutchman exercised various functions in different divisions at Thomassen & Drijver, a subsidiary of Schmalbach-Lubeca, in Belgium and the Netherlands. In 1995 he moved to the corporate headquarters of the parent company in Germany. |

Volker Ehrich,
born on 9th March 1953, has been Vice President Supply Chain at Ball Packaging Europe since 2004. Volker Ehrich joined the company in 1995 as Vice President Sales & Marketing Europe for Schmalbach-Lubeca/White Cap, 1 ½ years later he became Vice President Sales & Marketing at Schmalbach-Lubeca/Continental Can Europe from 1997 to 2003 and following the takeover of the company by Ball Corporation he continued to be responsible for this division in the same function for Ball Packaging Europe. |

Dominique Mercier,
born on 14. July 1954, has been Vice President Manufacturing at Ball Packaging Europe since 2008. The native-born Frenchman joined the company in 1993 as Engineering Manager in France. He assumed various functions as Engineering Manager for the Benelux-region and plant manager at a French site of BPE. Then Mercier changed as Manufacturing Director and Vice President Manufacturing to the Technical Center situated in Bonn. |

Robert Marsden Miles,
born on 25th March 1959, Rob has been Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Ball Packaging Europe since 2005. Born in Britain but now residing or living in Germany, Rob joined the company in 1994 and worked for Schmalbach-Lubeca and then for Ball Packaging Europe until 2004 as Marketing Manager for Great Britain and later for Europe. From 2004 to 2005 Rob Miles was Vice President Marketing & Strategic Business Development at Ball Packaging Europe. |

Dirk Schönberger,
born on 25. November 1968, has been Senior Director Strategic Initiatives at Ball Packaging Europe since the end of 2008. The certified economist joined the company in 1998 and assumed various functions first for Schmalbach-Lubeca, than for Ball Packaging Europe as Plant Controller, Controller Research & Development , Manager Corporate Controlling and Senior Director Controlling and Head of European national Finance Departments.

Klaus D. Steingass,
born on 26th July 1962, has been Vice President Human Resources at Ball Packaging Europe since 2002. The lawyer joined the company – former Schmalbach-Lubeca - in 1998 as Human Resources Manager Compensation & Benefits & Labor Relations. From 2001 to 2002 he was Director Human Resources at Schmalbach-Lubeca AG and Continental Can Europe.
